How we use cookies:
When someone visits our site we use a third party service, Clicky.com, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Clicky to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. Our Website is hosted via Yourhosting.nl who have their own privacy statement.

WIFI

We offer our visitors a free wifi service in our office. Please be aware that you use this at your own security risk.

BOOKING REQUESTS

As part of the booking process we collect personal information in order to perform our services. The booking process covers the issuing of the voucher, information re pick-up, a request for feedback about our services, the 'Give away a coupon' and loyalty campaigns. We use this information to give you details about your booking and details about last minute offers, discount codes etc. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use third-party providers, Snaphost.com and Google Cloud Services (Google drive), to hold our information. Both parties have their own privacy statements.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the 'GDPR link' on our website or by emailing us on info@hotelvillaiguanabayahibe.com requesting to be removed from our list.

INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT IT WILL BE SHARED WITH A THIRD PARTY

HOTEL BOOKING THROUGH THIRD PARTIES

If you book our hotel with any of our third party booking agents they all provide their own privacy statements on their websites. Please refer to these if you have any questions regarding their policies. Any information held here is held securely and is only accessible by employees. All card or paypal transactions are kept securely locked away and held for the statutory period. Any personal details supplied by our booking agents are destroyed after use/transaction.
